CARICOM Competition Commission (CCC) – Telecommunications Customer Survey

The CARICOM Competition Commission (CCC) is conducting a customer survey in the ECTEL Member States of Grenada, Saint Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  The objective of this exercise is to collate the opinions of a wide cross-section of consumers in Grenada, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines regarding the telecommunications services (landline, mobile, internet) and television services that are offered by Cable & Wireless and Columbus Communications, and the factors that they believe affect the delivery of these services.

The questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be held in the strictest of confidence. There are no right or wrong answers, and you do not have to answer any question that you do not understand.
