ECTEL Regional Spectrum Plan |

1.
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is in receipt of
a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL’s Consultative Document
for a proposed review of the ECTEL Regional Radio Spectrum Plan.
2. The Consultative Document is attached.
3. The initial comments period will run from the 17th August to the
10th September 2010.
4. The comment on comments period will run from the 14th
September to the 28th September 2010.
5. Following the comment on comments period, ECTEL will finalize and
submit a draft review of the Regional Radio Spectrum Plan to the ECTEL
Council of Ministers for adoption.
6. All responses to this Consultative Document should be written and
sent by post, fax or email to:-

Draft
Amateur Radio Regulations

1.
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is in receipt of
a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL’s
Draft Amateur Radio
Regulations for its Member States.
2. A copy of the draft regulations for Amateur Radio is attached to
this Consultative Document.
3. The initial comments period will run from 5th August to 6th
September 2010.
4. The Comment
on Comments period will run from 18th
September to 11th September 2010.
5. 1. Following the Comment on Comments period, the Directorate will
consider all comments received and then present
Amateur Radio Regulations to the
Council of Ministers with a recommendation for their adoption in the
ECTEL Member States.
6. All responses to this Consultative Document should be written and
sent by post, fax or email no later than 4: 30 pm on
11th October 2010 to: -

Revised Draft Retail Tariff Regulations |

1.
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is in receipt of
a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL’s
Draft Retail Tariff
Regulations.
2. A copy of the Draft Retail Tariff Regulations is attached to this
Consultative Document.
3. The initial comments period will run from 5th August to 6th
September 2010.
ECTEL
has further extended the period for initial comments on the draft
Retail Tariff Regulations to 14th September, 2010 to allow interested
parties additional time to comment on the draft regulations.
4. The Comment on Comments period
will run from 20th September to 11th
October, 2010.
5. Following the Reply Comments period, ECTEL’s Directorate will
revise and submit the draft Retail Tariff Regulations to the
Council of
Ministers for its recommendation for adoption in the ECTEL Member
States.
6. All responses to this Consultative Document should be written and
sent by post, fax or email no later than 4: 30 pm on
11th October 2010 to: -
